Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SKRUBBIRD is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

Returns Due to Shipping Errors

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item due to a shipping error, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
